Class Packs and sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured, in which case extensions are to be made before the expiry date.
Class Pack holders will forfeit one of their classes for late cancellations and no shows if the cancellation occurs within the 12 hour cancellation window.
