Our Pre and Postnatal Programs are designed by our Clinical Pilates Instructors. They use a variety of Pilates apparatus and props to meet the unique needs of expectant and new mothers individual’s needs.
These programs will:
Relieve and prevent back and neck pain;
Target muscles affected during pregnancy and childbirth, aiding in postpartum recovery.
focus on core strength, improved posture, and flexibility.
Enhance strength and fitness to return to & other activities and sports postpartum;
